We have a 1300 SqFt flat in the Mission district of SF.
It has two bedrooms, plus a large office and a small office, high ceilings, tall windows, skylights, sun, all day long. There's a secluded garden, a garage with space for two cars and a washer/dryer in the unit. It is half a block from shops, close to parks, restaurants, Bart and Muni. 10 minute Bart ride to Union square. The rent is negotiable.

The Mission District is full of life, color and activity. Most of the City's hippest and most loved restaurants can be found here. Below is the community garden in a park just steps away from us and
some of the many murals on Balmy Alley which is just around the corner from Treat Ave.
